Jonesboro, Ga. (April 8, 2016) – The Heritage Community Foundation presented a grant to Keri Cannella-Moye, President of Rachel’s Ray of Hope, Inc., on March 31, 2016. As Rachel’s Ray of Hope is fairly new, it does not have the luxury of disposing of usable but dirty clothing; therefore, it has become a necessity to wash multiple loads of clothing on a regular basis. Their hope is to one day have enough space to purchase their own large capacity washer and dryer; for now, however, they must utilize the commercial-sized washing machines at the local laundromat. continue reading →
