Henry Council for Quality Leadership, Inc. (HCQLE) was recently formed as a 501(c)3 entity by the Henry Council for Quality Growth (HCFQG) to help facilitate the launch of The Leader in Me program in Henry County. The purpose of The Leader in Me program is to teach 21st century leadership and life skills to students and to create a culture of student empowerment based on the idea that every child can be a leader.
